“Seeing Doubles?”
Yep, that's right, here we have a couple of tow trucks with the same look. The 1:16th scale truck was a copy of the 1:24th scale Walker towing unit done some years back. The big unit was done for Joseph Ferenc.
The truck has a 380” wheelbase, a custom 50 ton swing boom Challenger
tow body, extra toolboxes, strobe lights, generator boxes, a 96”
Double Eagle sleeper, and loads of lights. The truck has a Tri-Axles,
custom fairing on the body of the tow unit and a host of other
applications.
